James Grove 11th Australian Stream Management Conference 2024

James Grove

James is a fluvial geomorphologist who teaches catchment management and GIS at the University of Melbourne. He has been part of the teams that developed river condition assessment techniques in Tasmania, Victoria, and the Murray Darling Basin. James has been an independent consultant for 15 years and has consulted to the Queensland Government for the past five years helping to develop the Aquatic Ecosystem Rehabilitation Process, Queensland River Rehabilitation Management Guideline, and Interim Queensland River Classification Scheme. His unhealthy obsession with LiDAR and GIS means that he should be approached with caution if these topics are being discussed.
